Block of 10. Perhaps has been a double impression but as can be seen from the attached image, the values of stamps 2,3, and 4 top row are indistinct. Stamp 5 top row value only partially visible. Bottom row values can be seen but design of all stamps apart from 1st stamp bottom row are 'doubled'.
SG and Isfila do not list any variations that would account for this.
Any help from members would be appreciated.
