Can You Help? Reference H0007
Stamp value error. The stamp is Postage Due of the Duloz Issue of 1865. SGD18, Isfila 30. Perf 12.5
The error is in the bottom right value tablet. The correct value, as shown on the other three tablets is 20 para. The bottom right value has the '0' missing so the value, as shown, is 2 para. I have examined this under a magnifying glass and it has not been be 'touched up' to create the error. It appears to be a genuine printing error.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this error? I cannot find any reference in SG or Isfila.
