Jeff Ertughrul
It was announced with great sadness at the OPAL meeting held at Philatex, London, on 7th November 2009 that Jeff Ertughrul had passed away on Tuesday 3rd November. A full appreciation of Jeff’s contribution to OPAL will appear in the next OPAL publication. His passing will be a great loss to OPAL.
